Roll five dice up to three times and record one category each turn.
Roll five dice up to three times, keeping any dice between rolls, then score one unused category (write 0 if it does not qualify). Ones–Sixes total matching dice; kinds and Chance total all five; Full House 25, Small Straight 30, Large Straight 40, Five of a Kind 50. Fill all 13 categories; highest total wins.

Quick rules
How to use this sheet
On your turn, roll all five dice. You may set aside any dice and reroll the rest up to two times. Then score exactly one unused category. If your final dice do not qualify for the category you choose, enter 0.
- Ones through Sixes: add only the dice showing that number.
- Three or four of a kind: if at least that many dice match, add all five dice.
- Full house: score 25 for three of one number and two of another.
- Small straight: score 30 for any four numbers in sequence.
- Large straight: score 40 for five numbers in sequence.
- Five of a kind: score 50 when all five dice match.
- Chance: add all five dice, with no pattern required.
After all 13 categories are filled, add each player’s column. The highest total wins.
